Poder ejecutivo somete al Congreso modificación al presupuesto del 2015
Santo Domingo.- El Poder Ejecutivo sometió al Congreso Nacional una propuesta de modificación al presupuesto de este 2015, con el que se incrementa el monto original en unos RD$$3,996,075,691.00.
El presupuesto del 2015 se aprobó por RD$529,316,065,590.00 y con el complementario que sometió el ejecutivo pasa a RD$533,312,141,281.00.
Dicho monto corresponde a ingresos adicionales de captación directa de las Instituciones del Gobierno Central y de las Instituciones Descentralizadas y Autónomas no Financieras, conforme al documento que envió el Ejecutivo a la presidente del Senado, Cristina Lizardo, para los fines de discusión y aprobación.
Explica que los montos adicionales se usarán en proyectos prioritarios del Gobierno.
El proyecto complementario contempla además reubicar apropiaciones presupuestarias entre los diferentes capítulos del Gobierno Central y, según se indica, eso no implicará un incremento en el resultado presupuestado para este año.
El Poder Ejecutivo solicita modificar el artículo 57 de la Ley No.527-14 de Presupuesto General del Estado para el 2015, para aumentar el monto de las contrataciones de operaciones de crédito público de apoyo presupuestario con organismos multilaterales.
“Cabe destacar que este aumento no altera el tope del financiamiento neto aprobado en el Presupuesto General del Estado 2015, ya que el mismo sustituye la contratación de apoyo presupuestario con agencias bilaterales de crédito que estaban contempladas en el presupuesto vigente”.
