Logran prisión preventiva contra hombre intentó violar hija

Santo Domingo.-La Fiscalía de Santo Domingo logró que le impusieran tres meses de prisión preventiva, como medida de coerción, a un un hombre que abusó sexualmente de su hija e intento violarla alegando que como padre la mantuvo económicamente toda la vida sin beneficio alguno.
El victimario, cuyo nombre omite para preservar la identidad de la víctima, está acusado de violar los artículos 330,331 y 332 del Código Penal Dominicano en perjuicio de su hija.

El hecho ocurrió el día 24 de abril cuando padre e hija estaban tomando cerveza en un establecimiento y cuando se retiraban a sus respectivas viviendas el imputado le propuso sostener relaciones sexuales a cambio del dinero que le suministró durante años por ser su hija.
Cuando la mujer se negó al pedido, el hombre la llevo a una casa en construcción donde toco sus partes íntimas de manera violenta y la amenazó de muerte si revelaba lo ocurrido.
Al día siguiente, el hombre intentó agredirla físicamente donde vecinos intervinieron para evitar que la golpeara.
La mujer acudió a la Unidad de Atención a las Víctimas de violencia de Genero, sexual e Intrafamiliar de la provincia, donde inmediatamente iniciaron una investigación del caso.
Me parece muy acertado el llamado de Ito: la participación de la mujer en la política no debería depender de concesiones, sino de un espacio justo e igualitario por derecho propio. Ojalá este tipo de reclamos siga ganando fuerza en la agenda. Buena cobertura de un tema que nos toca a todos.
