Juzgado de Instrucción ratifica prisión preventiva contra el Payaso Kanky
Santiago.-El Cuatro Juzgado de la Instrucción de Santiago ratificó este martes la prisión preventiva contra Kelvin Francisco Núñez Morel, el payaso Kanqui, acusado de delitos sexuales contra cuatro integrantes del programa infantil “Kanquimania” y el grupo La Pandilla.
Asimismo, el juzgado acogió el pedido del Ministerio Público que solicitó la extensión del plazo para presentar las pruebas y la acusación contra el imputado.
El día 12 de abril, la jueza de la Oficina Judicial de Servicio de Atención Permanente, Irka Méndez, impuso tres meses de prisión preventiva como medida de coerción.
Previo al conocimiento de la medida, el payaso Kanqui aseguró que no podrán destruir su carrera de artística de 20 años.
Además, dijo a los periodista que cuando salga del proceso esperaba verlos para que lo entrevistaran con lo estaban haciendo ahora.
