Carolina Mejía designa a Hugo Beras como secretario general ADN
Santo Domingo, RD.- Hugo Beras fue posesionado hoy como secretario general del ayuntamiento del Distrito Nacional por parte de la nueva alcaldesa, Carolina Mejía.
La designación del comunicador fue la primera medida tomada por la alcalde y se produjo en su despacho , minutos después de tu toma de posesion.
Se recuerda que Hugo Beras declinó la candidatura a alcalde del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) a 13 días de las elecciones municipales, para anunciar que iba a pasar a formar parte del equipo político del alcalde David Collado y darle su apoyo a la candidatura de Mejía.
Su renuncia causó un terremoto electoral que dejó al PRD sin candidaturas municipales, también se llevó de encuentro 37 candidaturas a regidores, en la principal plaza política del país, el Distrito Nacional.
